Education: Seeks partnerships with teachers, schools, and community groups to expand both audience and community reach; Creates and conducts school-focused programs, school tours, and teacher workshops.

Exhibits: Provides leadership in exhibition planning and execution.

Public Programs: Oversees the development and execution of lecture series, classes, and public learning offerings.

Interns and Research Fellows: Oversees NEH/LancasterHistory fellowship program and summer internship program.
